Must blog!...

..or the evil blogimps will get me! (These imps are more aptly named Maven and Jobthingy

I had a lovely evening with these two ladies and Maven's Spawnling. We did what all beautiful-should-be-movie-star mothers do, sit around Chapters sipping lattes, purusing books, and chatting about our upcoming trips to the bahamas. Okay..so we are dreaming about having possible trips to the Bahamas. Anyway..the topic of blogs came up and they demanded a blog tonight. So here I am.

To be honest I have been finding not a lot of time for blogging or very much else lately. The fits at the computer are rather shortlived and any time I do spend is usually doing something else.

Either I am
a) playing with the hubby on Deviant Realms, or GMing there.
b) reading various forums to try to keep up.
c) reading various blogs, because my friends are so interesting that way.
or
d) trying to get some textures done for my developing work at IMVU (IMVU - The World's Greatest 3D Chat). I stay at home and an hoping to make this a supplementary form of income. It will take some time and work, but eventually I will have a good 'catalog' up. I am hoping I can get a wacom tablet for xmas to help with this as well. I can do better freehand with some ideas than I can with the mouse.

In the interests of furthering my supplementary income avenues, I have also opened a shop on Zazzle.

Those are rather passive ways, but perhaps if I can find about an hour of quiet time a day, I can focus on them being consistant.

I might even expand in some of my other ideas if I can manage it.

So many ideas, so much potential, and so little time when you are a mother of a -very- active (soon to be) 4 yr old boy. *chuckles*

So there is an update in a nutshell. I do look occasionally forlornly at my bookmarks and bypass my blog to do things that 'really matter' (at least to other people).

More to come? Maybe?
